  • Currently working with theatre and media company Making Theatre Gaining Skills, as on-call filmmaker, editor, engineer and stage hand

  • Filmed and Edited Promotional Video for Southdown Folk Festival 2018

​

  • 2 Years on multiple societies’ committees. 1 Year as President of Animation Society at Sussex, 2 years as Vice President and Inclusivity Officer of the Doctor Who Society at Sussex, in charge of arranging rooms to hold screenings in, managing promotion of societies, managing Fresher’s Fair stalls, greet and present screenings, arrange films/episodes to be used for screenings, help include more people into the society who would not normally attend. (2015-2017)

  • 4 Years of teaching a self-designed beginners workshop for young filmmakers at Chichester Festival Theatre and The Littlehampton Academy. Involved teaching the students about the significance of cinematography and editing techniques in films and taking them to film a brief scene and editing it together. (2012-2016)

  • Runner and Prop Designer on the Chichester Festival Theatre shows Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Noel Coward’s Private Lives andThe Pajama Game, involved moving furniture during scene changes, making props like regal banners, bottles, fake rocks, fake blood etc. (2011-2013)

  • Work Experience as a Theatre Intern at Nuffield Theatre, Southampton. Involved painting sets, building props, answering phones at reception and being an usher. (2010)

  • Minor Experience in Contracted Carpentry work. (2009-2018)

​

  • Traveled Quite Extensively Around the UK, Canada and Ireland, including Media City UK, Toronto Film Festival and Niagara Falls

  • Made Several Short Documentaries, including an expose about Factory Farming, a character study documentary and a documentary about home away from home (2013-2015)

  • Producer and Sound Engineer on short Drama Worlds Apart, and also made a ‘Behind the Scenes’ video for it, involved booking, carrying and managing equipment, buying props, fundraising and finances making call sheets, arranging filming days, working with the actors outside of shots and their families and recording the sound with field mixer and boom mic. (2015-2016)

  • Producer, Director, Editor and Writer on Short Drama Dead Weight, which involved writing, managing auditions, locations recce and shoots, working with actors, runners, composers, animators, artists and people who manage locations such as science labs and hotels, editing and promotion. (2016-2017)

  • 8 Months as a Voluntary Shop Assistant at St. Barnabas House Charity Shop, Wick. Involves moving/constructing/disassembling furniture and rearranging the shop floor during deliveries, marking and placing new products and checking they’re store worthy, managing the till and cleaning the wares and store floor (2017-2018)
